eat UP ladies!

salmon

spinach (added some to my soup today - YUM)

berries

wheat germ (any suggestions for this one)

tomato past (had homemade mini pizzas last night --YUM)

nonfat yogurt

sweet potatoes

oranges (i wonder if clementines count)

old fashioned oatmeal

curry (used some in the chic salad i made 2 days ago - super YUMMY)

black beans (will have in our tacos tonight)

fresh herbs

dark chocolate (no thanks)

wheat germ is great on vanilla ice cream!...and I thought you were perfect, but you don't like dark chocolate???? oh, my!

wheat germ in yogurt is really good, i eat that a lot

I'm with the IS on this one- I especially like the honey flavored wheat germ in all flavors of yogurt, gives it a nice, satisfying crunch. Try it with the fruit on the bottom yogurt, scoop out a few spoon fuls to make room and then dump in a tablespoon of WG and mix it around. SOOOOO good!
Dark chocolate kisses are yummy and just the right size- give them a try.
