vacation officially began for us last sunday so in preparation for our trip to iowa we had our last meal in asheville at the family's favorite, the mellow mushroom. there's nothing fancy about this place but when we are all hungry and feeling a little funky this is where we like to head. a nice hearty slice and an ice cold stella...now that' s dinner!
